Digital Goa, Mar 27 – The Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) announced the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) results today at 5 PM, recording an overall pass percentage of 90.64%. Girls outperformed boys, with a pass percentage of 92.42%, while 88.69% of boys cleared the examination. The overall pass percentage has increased by 5% compared to last year. A total of 17,686 students appeared for the exam, of which 16,030 regular students and 1,656 improvement students passed, while results of three students have been reserved. The stream-wise passing percentage is as follows: Commerce recorded the highest pass percentage at 93.31%, followed by Science at 91.32%, Arts at 91.03%, and Vocational at 82.71%.
