Digital Goa, Apr 2- Ponda Police have registered a case against eight individuals for allegedly preparing a false power of attorney and executing a fraudulent sale deed of ancestral property in Borim, Ponda. The complaint was filed by Vasudev Borkar and Vimal Borkar, both residents of Panjim agains the accused. The accused allegedly presented the forged documents before the sub-registrar in Ponda as genuine and executed deed of sale.
