Digital Goa, April 27- Directorate of Industries, Trade, and Commerce (DITC), Govt of Goa, has floated a tender for the selection of a manpower staffing agency to set up Business Facilitation Centers (BFCs) and a Women Entrepreneurship Facilitation Cell (WEFC) under the World Bank-assisted Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) Programme. Initially, two BFCs are proposed at Panaji and Margao, each staffed with a Project Head and a team of experts in finance, ESG compliance, business development, technology, and supply chain management. Similarly, a WEFC will be set up at Panaji, with a dedicated team supporting women-led MSMEs through services in finance, IT, business transformation, legal, and policy advisory. The centers will act as an extended arm of DITC to assist MSMEs and promote entrepreneurship across Goa.
