Digital Goa, June 6- Goa government has exempted payment of conversion fees and penalty totalling Rs 26,17,200 for a 6,300 sq mtr land parcel in Tivim village, Bardez. The land, surveyed under Survey No. 453/4, has been exempted under Section 35 of the Goa Land Revenue Code, 1968, for being used exclusively for educational purposes. The exemption includes Rs 22,68,000 as conversion fees and Rs 3,49,200 as penalty.
