Digital Goa, 11, July – Goa was among the 4 locations where the Enforcement Directorate (ED), Mumbai Zonal Office, conducted search operations on July 9, 2025, in connection in an alleged bank fraud case. The raid is ‘as part of ongoing probe in the case related to Talwalkar Better Value Fitness Limited (TBVFL) and others matter related bank fraud’ said ED. The searches were carried out at 15 locations across Goa, Mumbai, Pune, and Chennai under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002. Officials said they seized incriminating documents, property papers worth around Rs 200 crore, digital devices, and unaccounted cash amounting to Rs 8 lakh.
