Digital Goa, July 16 – In a narcotics raid near the railway track at Shirgao, Bicholim police arrested a 26-year-old man from Manaswada-Shirgao for alleged possession of 208 grams of ganja worth ₹20,800. A mobile phone and scooter were also seized.
