Prohibitory orders issued ahead of Assembly session

Digital Goa, July 16 – The North Goa District Magistrate has imposed prohibitory orders under Section 163 of BNSS, in view of the upcoming Assembly session. The order, effective from 10 am on July 21 until the session ends, bans gatherings, processions, loudspeakers, weapons, and slogan-shouting within 500 metres of the Assembly Complex in Porvorim and areas under Panaji Police Station. Exemptions apply for officials on duty and events with prior permission.
