Digital Goa, July 22 – Goa Housing Board (GHB) has issued a notice inviting proposals for the acquisition or purchase of land at various locations across the state. The land can be offered either on an outright sale basis or under joint development agreements. Interested parties are required to submit their requests or proposals along with supporting documents, including a search report from a lawyer, Form I & XIV, survey plan, and zoning certificate. All submissions are to be made in hard copy to the GHB office at Alto Porvorim.
