Digital Goa, July 30 – A 21-year-old youth died in a road accident on the national highway near Don Khamb junction at Dhargal, Pernem this afternoon. The youth died on the spot after his two-wheeler was hit from behind by a Kolhapur–Panaji-bound ‘Hirkani’ ST passenger bus via Pernem. The impact of the collision proved fatal for the young rider identified as Sudip Paikar.
