Digital Goa, July 31 – Goa Investment Promotion and Facilitation Board has notified 31,280 sq mtr area at Reis Magos (Survey No. 95/1-A part, Bardez taluka) as an Investment Promotion Area for setting up a 5-star and a 4-star hotel project. The proposal, submitted by M/s Spark Healthline Private Limited in April 2016 and June 2023 to IPB includes construction of individual hotel buildings, multilevel car parking (three levels), landscaping, illumination, and an approach road.
