Digital Goa, July 31 – The Goa Assembly today approved amendment to Goa Private Universities (Amendment) Bill, 2025, which allows universities to operate transitional off-campus centres in accordance with regulatory body guidelines until their main campus is established or the maximum permissible period ends—whichever is earlier.
