Digital Goa, August 5 – The Enforcement Directorate (ED), Panaji Zonal Office, has filed a Prosecution Complaint on July 28, 2025, before the Special Court (PMLA), North Goa, against five accused, including Krishan Kumar alias Vijay Kumar Jaiswal, his wife Rashmi Jaiswal from Delhi, and three companies promoted and directed by them. The case involves alleged cheating of gullible investors by promising high returns and incentives on their investments. Economic Offences Cell (EOC) of Goa police had booked the accused in Sept 2022 for cheating many Goans by floating a scheme calling for investments with the promise of more than double the returns. They had managed to collect an estimated Rs 3 crore from various investors.
