Digital Goa, August 5 – A person from Margao has been booked for forcible sexual intercourse with a minor girl in March this year. As per complaint filed by the survivor’s father, the girl was sexually assaulted in the house of the accused identified as one Kishu Shah and is now pregnant. The accused has been booked under section 64 of BNS 2023 and sec. 4, 6 of POCSO Act 2012.
