Digital Goa, August 13 – The IMD has forecast increased rainfall over the next five days in Goa. A yellow alert has been issued by the IMD from August 13 to 17 across the state. The monsoon has been slightly dormant over the past fortnight, with little rain activity recorded in most parts of Goa. The rainfall deficit has now increased to 12.1%, with an average of 2,076.4 mm recorded so far, compared to the normal rainfall of 2,361.6 mm.
