Digital Goa, Sept 11 – Goa government has constituted a 15 member Planning, Development and Construction Committee for the Investment Promotion Area notified for M/s Spark Healthline Pvt. Ltd. in Reis Magos, Bardez. The project proposes setting up of 5-star and 4-star hotels with multilevel parking (3 levels), landscaping, illumination, and approach roads. The committee chaired by the Chief Secretary includes key officials from industries, town planning, health services, fire services, PWD, electricity, forests, pollution control, coastal authority, and both district collectors. The committee shall exercise all the powers, such as, control or erection of building, etc. and all other powers conferred on it by the Goa Investment Promotion and Facilitation of Single Window Clearance, states a notification issued in this regards.
