Digital Goa, Sept 21- A pedestrian out on his evening walk lost his life after being hit by a scooter allegedly ridden by a minor on Saturday evening. Police said the victim sustained grievous injuries in the accident and was rushed to hospital, where the person succumbed during treatment. Investigations revealed that the two-wheeler was allegedly being ridden by an underage youth. Police have booked the scooter owner for allowing a minor to ride the vehicle.
