Digital Goa, October 5, 2025 – The Goa Human Resources Development Corporation (GHRDC) has signed a first-of-its-kind MoU with Medhavi Skills University and BVG Skills Academy under the RPL–STT initiative. The programme aims to help GHRDC employees complete unfinished education, obtain skill certifications, and prepare for higher studies, competitive exams, and career advancement.
