Digital Goa, October 16 – The High Court has upheld the decision of the Thivim Communidade to allot land for an educational institution by the MIIT Group of Institutions. A petition filed by some Communidade members claimed that the land was sold below market value, allegedly causing a loss to the Communidade. The court dismissed the petition.
