Digital Goa, December 2 — Revolutionary Goans Party (RGP) leader Manoj Parab has expressed shock over release of its first list of candidates for the upcoming Zilla Panchayat polls while alliance discussions were still underway. “It is shocking news,” Parab said, adding that they were earlier told a joint press conference would be held to announce candidates. He stated that RGP had placed certain conditions before Congress and talks were ongoing, making today’s announcement unexpected.
