Digital Goa, Dec 5 – GPCC President Amit Patkar said today that the party will hold a final round of talks with GFP and RGP tomorrow to explore alliances for the Zilla Panchayat polls. Congress Goa in-charge Manikrao Thakre could not arrive due to IndiGo flight issues, delaying discussions, he added. Patkar said candidates have already been announced in constituencies where no talks were pending. Seats like St Cruz have been retained as the party had a sitting ZP member there, he said. The party has announced 22 of the 50 seats. The remaining candidate list is expected to be released tomorrow.
