Digital Goa, Dec 13 – CEO Goa, has sought information on Portuguese passport holders residing in the state from the FRRO, the Regional Passport Office-Goa, and the Home Department. CEO Sanjay Goel said that if any of these individuals have filled up the voter enumeration form, suo motu notices will be issued to them, asking them to appear for a hearing to clarify their status. As per details shared by the FRRO, the list for the period 2020 to 2025 comprises 8,459 persons. Lists from other 2 agencies are awaited.
