Digital Goa, Dec 15 – Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra, owners of Birch by Romeo Lane at Arpora, where 25 people died in a fire last weekend, are scheduled to arrive in Goa on Tuesday. The Luthra brothers are slated to land in Delhi on Tuesday morning. After obtaining transit remand, they will be brought to Goa for further investigation, as per information shared by Police. The CBI team was in Phuket, Thailand to complete the formalities for their deportation. As their Indian passports were suspended by the Government of India, the Indian Embassy in Thailand issued them emergency certificates, which are one-way travel documents, to facilitate their return to India.
