Goa govt on Tuesday launched Goa’s Digital Assistant, an AI-powered chatbot (Beta version) aimed at improving citizen service delivery through the Goa Online portal.The chatbot provides a conversational interface to help users access government services. It is designed as a single digital assistant to guide citizens across various Goa Online services. The assistant will be available 24×7 to respond to citizen queries. Users can submit applications, track their status, download certificates and receipts etc. The chatbot supports English, Hindi and Marathi.
