Digital Goa, May 8 – Forest Minister Vishwajeet Rane today said that police need to investigate further into the death of a Home Guard allegedly caused by a wild bison attack at Bethora,Ponda. On May 6, 48-year-old Dinesh Gaude, a Home Guard from Usgao, died after he was allegedly attacked by a bison near Kadnevhal junction in Bethora. Rane said there were differences between the police and Forest Department regarding the case, indicating that further inquiry was required into the circumstances surrounding the death.
