Digital Goa, May 19 – CM Pramod Sawant on Monday claimed Goa has significantly reduced its Emergency Response Support System (ERSS) response time from 18 minutes to 9 minutes, with efforts underway to bring it down further to 6 minutes. ERSS response time measures the exact duration from the moment a distress call is received to the time emergency responders reach the incident spot.
