Panaji Police have identified the arrested runk BMW driver who rammed into multiple vehicles at Dona Paula early this morning as Jagadish Sardessai (27), a resident of Dona Paula. He allegedly drove his BMW in a rash and negligent manner under the influence of alcohol and crashed into three cars on the Dona Paula road at around 2 am today. Meanwhile, another couple has posted a video on social media accusing Sardessai of assaulting them at the Dona Paula circle in January this year. They also alleged a poor response from the police to their complaint.
