Digital Goa, June 3 – Construction of the long-awaited Chorao Bridge will commence once the required Coastal Regulation Zone (CRZ) clearance is received, Mayem MLA Premendra Shet said on Wednesday. Shet informed that the CRZ permissions are currently pending and authorities are working to secure the necessary approvals. Competitive bidding process for the project under the ₹274.83 crore tender has already been completed. Successful contractor has already been identified, informed Shet.
