Digital Goa, June 5 – On the occasion of World Environment Day, core committee of the Enough is Enough movement met the Governor of Goa and urged him to ‘use his moral authority to influence the govt’ to convene a special session of the Goa Legislative Assembly to discuss and pass the Goa Protection of Agricultural Lands Act, 2026 proposed by the opposition members in the assembly. Governor has assured the delegation that he will do whatever is possible in the matter within the constitutional constraints, the member informed.
