Digital Goa, June 10 – CM Pramod Sawant on Wednesday met Union Mines Minister G Kishan Reddy in New Delhi and discussed the need for the Centre’s support towards reforms in Goa’s mining sector. Sawant said the discussions focused on measures to strengthen the state’s mining industry, which remains a key contributor to Goa’s economy and supports the livelihoods of thousands of people dependent on the sector.
