Digital Goa, July 2 – Alleging that the law and order situation in Goa has collapsed, a delegation of the Goa Congress on Thursday submitted a memorandum to Governor Pusapati Ashok Gajapathi Raju, urging him to intervene and ensure that public safety is restored while preventing any further deterioration in the state. Meanwhile, social activist Pratima Coutinho rejoined the party today in the presence of senior party leaders.
