Digital Goa, July, 15 – Mandrem Police have registered a cyber fraud case after a 27-year-old woman from Mandrem was allegedly cheated of ₹1.47 lakh by fraudsters posing as Flipkart associates. The accused added her to a WhatsApp group, lured her with commissions for online tasks, and falsely claimed her bank account had been frozen, inducing her to transfer ₹1,47,590.
