Digital Goa, August 7 – CM Pramod Sawant has directed authorities to seize or send back POP Ganesh idols entering Goa from other states, Mayem MLA Premendra Shet informed on Friday. Shet said POP idols brought into the State will be inspected at Goa’s borders and seized or sent back if found to be made of POP. He added that idols manufactured within Goa will also face scrutiny through the Goa State Pollution Control Board.
