Digital Goa, Nov 5 – Congress leader Girish Chodankar demanded withdrawal of three amendments related to various land related acts alleging that they are being used to convert lakhs of sqr mtr of land by the TCP Dept by diluting the Regional Plan 2021. He alleged that two lakh sq mtr land has been converted in last six months by diluting the Regional Plan by using 17 (D) (changing zone), 17 (2) (to correct error in Regional Plan and seek settlement) and Goa Regulation of land development and Buidling construction act (farmhouse).
