Digital Goa, Nov 22- Goa will soon have a minimally invasive and robotic department at Goa Medical College in Bambolim. Announcing this, Health Minister Vishwajit Rane said that the dept will be equipped with state-of-the-art advanced laparoscopic surgery technology which will be made available to the people on January 26, 2024. This marks a significant milestone, as it will be the first government hospital in the country to offer such advanced equipment, enabling surgeries to be conducted free of charge.
