Digital Goa, Nov 24 – North Goa Planning & Development Authority(NGPDA) has finalised and adopted map showing present land use for the Planning Area of Panaji (part) comprising of Penha-de-Franca village (part). Local Authority viz Village Panchayat of Penha-de-franca. After placing the map before general public and local authorities for objections and suggestions, the Authority in its 92nd Meeting held on Nov 10,2023 unanimously resolved to adopt the Land Use Map and Land Use Register with some modification in the Land Use Register.The Land Use Map and Land Use Register is available for inspection at the office of Village Panchayat Penha-de-Franca, Brittona, Bardez as well as NGPDA office at Shanta Bldg, 1st Floor, 18th June Road St Inez, Panaji, Goa on any working days during office hours.
