Digital Goa, Dec 1 – Congress has decided to file a complaint with Lokayukta in the alleged job scam in PWD. Congress central leader Manickam Tagore said that since there was no action on the complaint filed with the Vigilance dept, Congress will now approach the Loyakuta. Pramod Sawant govt has become the most corrupt govt in Goa, he added.
