Digital Goa, Dec 19 – One drowned while plucking lotus flowers from Raia Lake this evening. Deceased Shanker Vadar (38 yrs) along with two more persons from Belgaum had entered in Raia (Salcete) lake to pluck lotuses for the purpose of selling in the market. The victim who went further ahead in the lake, was pulled inside and drowned. His body could not be found till late night. Meanwhile, there are reports of one more unknown person being drowned in Loutolim Lake. Maina Curtorim Police are investigation the matter.
