Digital Goa, Dec 20 – Goa govt will submit its action plan to the High Court tomorrow regarding monitoring of the Sunburn EDM Festival scheduled from Dec 28 to 30 at Vagator, to curb violations. The Action Plan will be submitted before the Court tomorrow evening. An intervention petition has been filed in the Sunburn matter, on behalf of differently abled child from Anjuna. Court directed the Goa govt to consider the suggestions submitted on behalf of the child in its action plan. Govt has constituted a joint special cell comprising high-ranking officials of police, the GSPCB, and the subdivisional magistrate/collector to create action plan and also to ensure that permissions granted to mega-events are in accordance with the notified action plan.
