Digital Goa, Jan 10 – CM Pramod Sawant today declared a holiday to all government offices and educational institutions across the state on Monday, January 22 on account of the Ram Temple ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.
