Digital Goa, Jan 17- High Court today disposed of the petition filed by Pastor Domnic D’Souza of Five Pillar Church and his wife Joan Mascarenhas challenging the externement related show cause notices issued to them. The Court has asked them to approach it again if the externment order is actually passed by the authorities. In view of this, both Pastor and wife have withdrawn their petitions. North Goa SP had written to the North Goa district magistrate to start externment proceedings against both Domnic and his wife Joan for their alleged involvement in offences like magic remedies and hurting of religious sentiments. Both were asked to appear before the North Goa District Magistrate of Jan 12. Next hearing in this matter is scheduled on Jan 19.
