Digital Goa, Jan 28 – Art & Culture Minister Govind Gaude today clarified that water on the floor of renovated Kala Academy was due to faulty fire hydrant valve. This happened during testing of fire hydrant by PWD, he said. A video of leaking ceiling of Kala Academy auditorium had gone viral recently.
