Digital Goa, Feb 2- Six day session of the state legislative assembly commenced today with address by Governor P S Sreedharan Pillai. Governor said in his address that the crime detection rate in the state is over 85.8%. Over 159 kg narcotic substance worth over Rs 3.96 crore has been seized in Goa, he said in his address.
