Digital Goa, Mar 4- Ten persons, including three foreigners, were rescued from drowning off Goa’s coastline and the Dudhsagar waterfall over the weekend. At the Galgibaga river in Canacona, 39-year-old man from the UK and 67-year-old woman from the US were rescued while 62-year-old Russian man was rescued off Colva beach. Three persons from Madhya Pradesh, Nagpur and Gujarat were rescued from Anjuna. 28-year-old man from Jabalpur in Madhya Pradesh was rescued from off Sinquerim beach, and a couple from Hyderabad, aged 35 and 40 years were rescued off Ashwem beach.
At Dudhsagar waterfall, a 28-year-old man from Lakhanpur, Jammu and Kashmir fell into the water while taking photographs. He was brought to safety by life savers.
