Digital Goa, March 5- A person from Mumbai has been booked by Panaji police for allegedly cheating mother son duo to the tune of Rs 9 lakh on pretext of offering high return on investment. The accused identified as Mumbai resident Rahul Rajbhar allegedly lured the mother and son from Tonca, Caranzalem with high returns on investment and made them shell out money to the tune of Rs 9 lakh. On realising that they were cheated they filed a complaint at the Panaji Police station.
