Aug 9 – High Court has permitted a medicine student who was held non-eligible to appear for exam in the subject of Physiology for the First year as his attendance was allegedly not upto the mark to appear for the theory as well as the practical exams of the subject scheduled on Aug 12 and 13. “However his results may be kept in sealed cover and shall not be declared until further orders of this Court,” stated the Court order. Next hearing in the matter is scheduled on Sept 2.
