Sept 14 – A 29-year-old lady and a 19-year-old teenager died in fatal accident at Mandrem today morning. The deceased are identified as 19-year-old Sanika Khabre and her sister-in-law 29-year-old Priyanka Khabre from Mandrem. 13-year-old Siddhi Shetkar has also been seriously injured in the accident. The incident occurred today morning when the two-wheeler on which all 3 were riding met with accident with a rickshaw and a Karnataka registered truck. The truck as well as the rickshaw driver have been detained by police. Priyanka, Siddhi and Sanika who are relatives were on their way to the fish market.
