Sept 25- Shack operators have expressed satisfaction over the early issuance of shack licenses by the State Tourism Department. “It sends a positive message to the world that the tourism season has begun in Goa,” said the operators. In previous years, delays in issuing licenses caused significant challenges for operators in starting their businesses on time.
