Oct 10 – Electricity Department has notified that no applications for New Connection, Change of Name, Change of Category, Change of Load, Correction in Name and Address will be accepted offline mode. “As the Electrical Department, Government of Goa has initiated Online Services for New Connection, Change of Name, Change of Category, Change of Load, Correction in Name and Address, it is mandatory that all the applications by the consumers are to be submitted online on (1) the Electricity Department, Goa website (2) Goa Online portal of Government of Goa, with no requirement for submission of hard copy and no applications would be accepted offline mode,” states the notification.
