Oct 18 – FDA conducted raid at Calangute and seized cashew nuts worth Rs one lakh. FDA has also ordered closure of 3 shops in the area. Meanwhile, Legal Meteorology department also seized Rs 3.50 lakh worth electrical goods for violation of guidelines from a company at Honda Industrial Estate and a shop at Bicholim.
