Digital Goa, May 27 – Anjuna Police have filed Chargesheets in sound pollution cases against owner and Manager of Cafe LA Musica Vagator, Bardez and owners and Manager of XOXO Bar and Restaurant, Anjuna, Bardez. The chargesheets have been filed in response to complaints of loud music beyond the permissible limits by local authorities in January this year. The action has been taken under Sec 15 of Environment (Protection Act) Sec. 5 of Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control Rule)2000.
